
Drastic price reduction and flexible structures – teamspace, the collaboration system for everyone!

The newest teamspace version will be available for all users with the beginning of the CeBIT next week in Hanover from the 2nd till 6th March 2010. The new release emphasizes the improved usage and cost-efficiency of the web-based collaboration system. True to that device we reduced the disk space prices dramatically in the beginning of that year. All online teams now provide 1 GB disk space by default. This duplication of the storage capacity opens up totally new possibilities concerning the use of web space. The multi file upload can be used intensively via drag’n’drop as well as the versioning of documents corresponding to modified requirements for a faster and diversified data exchange via internet.
Additional needed disk space can be ordered any time and is available from 0,84 USD per month depending on the booked storage capacity.
With the newest teamspace version non-members can be also involved effectively in the daily appointment and task scheduling of your team - without causing any further costs! “External users” do not have full access to the team and its data but they are an active part of the everyday team organization via e-mail and personalized information pages.
That means in reality that you will have the option to plan and manage all your appointments and appointment polls with contacts, i.e. partners, clients or suppliers, centrally in the teamspace calendar. Your contacts will be informed about new appointments, changes or similar via e-mail and they also have the option to confirm or decline appointments and to use the reminder function.
This new and flexible possibility to involve external contacts is also applied for the teamspace tasks and project management. For instance, you can integrate your partner in your operating processes and project planning. Progresses and workflows will be coordinated centrally in one place and there will be no negative surprises concerning different responsibilities or deadlines.
The time has come again! From the 2nd till 6th March 2010 the CeBIT will once again be opening its gates in Hanover. The 5 POINT AG will be there again and we will also present our second inhouse software projectfacts.
